Job Description:
1. Responsible for the modification research of engineering plastics (PC, ABS, PET, HDPE, PA, etc.) or elastomers
2. Responsible for the formula design and adjustment of materials to meet customer needs, accurately grasp the actual application requirements of customers for materials, and independently carry out formula design; Recommend material solutions;
3. Responsible for collecting and sorting out the relevant technical data of plastic modified materials and accumulating technology;
4. Organize the development and application of new products, new processes and new materials.

Qualifications:
1. Have more than 2 years of experience in material R&D and development, familiar with various formulas, processing technologies and equipment, as well as testing and application testing, and proficient in operating single screw and twin screw equipment;
2. Rich practical experience in PC modification, PC/ABS modification, ABS flame retardant and reinforced modification, or PA6/66 modification, or PP modification;
3. Familiar with and understand various tests, application tests and evaluations, industry standards and specifications, etc.;
4. Familiar with the product development experience and successful cases of household appliances, consumer electronics, low-voltage electrical appliances, automobiles and public transportation, new energy and other markets;
5. Hard-working, willing to continue to learn and innovate breakthroughs;
6. Master's degree or above, and outstanding talents are allowed to relax to bachelor's degree;
